Every season, thousands of teams and families rely on THS for tournament travel. Here is what they shared about the experience.
made booking/reservation a breeze
We used THS to book for the FarWesterns Volleyball 2024 Tournament, and the website was very easy to use. We were able to see the best discounted rates for the events and rooms available. Had multiple options of hotels in the region and made booking/reservation a breeze! This is the second year in a row we've utilized THS and looking forward to next years event as well. Top notch!
so easy to keep all your hotel bookings in one place
THS is so easy to keep all your hotel bookings in one place. As a volleyball club director I make many bookings for many teams. I never have to search for the hotel links because I just log into my dashboard. You can also see who has booked which is helpful.
HANDS DOWN the BEST to work with
I coordinate all the lodging for our travel team and THS is HANDS DOWN the BEST to work with! Staff is knowledgeable and answers questions accurately and timely. Website is easy to navigate and easy to share with families to complete reservations. If stay to play is a requirement, use THS to make it easy on teams to attend your event.
so easy and seamless
THS made the reservation process so easy and seamless. We had an issue reserving the room online (operator error 🤣) and their customer service team was very helpful with this matter.
extremely easy to book a block of rooms
This was a very positive experience. The company seems very organized and it was extremely easy to book a block of rooms for my team. I love how you can look at the list of hotels before booking opens just so you have an idea of locations, etc.
booking for team travel so easy
THS makes booking for team travel so easy! We had an especially hard situation where we switched tournaments 2 weeks before we needed to leave and the THS agent was so helpful. She spoke to almost every parent on the team to ensure we had successfully cancelled and rebooked. Thank you!
easy and fast
Booking thru THS was easy and fast. I booked a block for our team and it was a pain-free process and THS was very clear in their instructions, fees and deadlines. Prices are fair. It was my first time using this site and I had no issues.
easy to navigate
As a team manager of a soccer team, the Tournament Housing Services made it very easy to get a block of rooms for our team! The website is well organized, easy to navigate and provides ways for team managers to easily communicate with families. Very pleased with this experience!
easy to make changes online
Was sure easy to reserve a room block of 17 rooms for our team. I love that I could keep track as our families booked their rooms. It was also easy to make changes online.
going above and beyond
My group used THS to book a block of hotel rooms for an upcoming soccer tournament. Staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to find the right property with all the amenities that could meet our needs, for the best price. Thank you THS!
the best of the best
THS is the best of the best! The staff is incredibly helpful and goes the extra mile in getting the job done. As a club director, THS is a key partner in helping us make travel seemless for our team's and families. Thank you for all you do!
helpful in both Spanish and English
We recently had a sports trip to Nashville, TN. They were very helpful in both Spanish and English. They did their best to accommodate our request, and we found a great hotel for the athletes and their families at a fantastic price.
went above and beyond
THS is awesome! We book hotels through them often and never had an issue. I feel the staff helping me through the booking process each time went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed at the time.
helpful and responsive
THS is an excellent platform to use for booking Hotels for Soccer Tournaments that we attend. Our contact was extremely helpful and responsive and very accommodating. We would never hesitate to use THS again. Rich Simpson, Chicago Rush West.
Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Very patient and understanding throughout the conversation. Though a nerve wrecking time for me as a coach to block rooms for my players, the customer service representative was truly amazing walking me through the process!
go above and beyond
I've worked with MANY different housing companies throughout the years. THS is by far one of the most organized and simplest booking sites I've used. They are highly communicative and go above and beyond.
great customer service
THS is definitely one of the best I’ve booked through! Anyone I talked to, had great customer service and I never got a run around for information! I will be booking through THS again in the future !
Hands down the best tournament booking experience I've ever had! Every person I reached out to was incredibly helpful and attentive, they truly went above and beyond to accommodate our team's hotel needs. The booking platform was also super easy to use.
a good variety of hotels to select from
THS always has a good variety of hotels to select from. They were able to secure a couple of additional rooms for the block of rooms that I needed so that my daughter's team could all stay together for a soccer tournament in 2 weeks. I recommend THS.
a hotel 2 blocks away
It is super easy to book your reservation. They give you great hotel options to choose from. We were able to book a hotel 2 blocks away from the convention center where my daughter is playing in Minneapolis which was great because it is supposed in the teens when we are there. This is the second time we have used THS for a tournament and each time it was seamless.
the number of hotels to choose from
The booking process through THS was above and beyond anything I've experienced with other tournament travel services. The convenience and ease of blocking rooms for my team, and the number of hotels to choose from, was fantastic. I would definitely recommend THS and hope we have the opportunity to use them for future tournaments.
how far you are from the venue
Was you are provided the team code finding hotels, with map location feature is a breeze. You know exactly how far you are from the venue and plenty of pictures and amenities for the hotels are listed. It is a very thought out and planned format for booking online.
compare hotels and choose the best one
I have used THS for several years now for booking hotel rooms for Volleyball tournaments and have always found their staff to be helpful if I have questions. Being able to compare hotels and choose the best one to fit our group is awesome--they've done all the leg-work for me. It's a great service!
best hotel location
I had an issue booking online as a college coach and not part of a team. The assistance I got in the phone made it simple and I was placed in the best hotel location for scouting. Much appreciated!
hosting/hotel services out there
This is one of the best and user friendly hosting/hotel services out there especially for teams. It is easier to understand the information and relay that information to the parents when booking room block. There is also a lot of follow-up which is great!
going above and beyond to help us
The folks at THS were able to help create a separate block for us given our unique situation. They made personal calls between ourself and the hotel and in the end even followed up with personal calls to ensure everything was good. Thanks for going above and beyond to help us!
not to worry
THS made booking a hotel for my girls upcoming volleyball tournament so easy! So I might've missed our team cutoff for booking :) But once I contacted THS they responded quickly and informed me not to worry I could still book a hotel for the event with no worries!
straightforward and seamless
My experience with THS has been nothing but straightforward and seamless. One stop shop. No need to work with the hotel at all. I appreciate the group discount rates as well.
easy, affordable, and stress-free
THS makes tournament booking easy, affordable, and stress-free. Their site is simple to navigate, prices are some of the best around, and changes to reservations are easy to manage. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful - whether assisting first-time users or resolving issues quickly. Our teams have relied on THS for years because they consistently deliver great service and smooth booking experiences. Highly recommend!
went above and beyond
After having used other companies to book hotel room blocks. THS went above and beyond to ensure that our group was taken care of. We would highly recommend using their services in the future.

I have had nothing but an excellent experience when reserving hotel rooms for our teams to attend tournaments. They are top notch and I would highly recommend them to tournaments looking for a housing service to use!
