Your continued use of this Platform after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

02Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways:

  • Information you provide to us;
  • Information gathered automatically as you navigate through the Platform; or
  • Information third parties may share with us, for example, our business partners, vendors, and affiliates.

Information we collect may include:

  • Information about you, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, account name, and password;
  • Information about your access and usage of the Platform, such as IP addresses you use, browser type, and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies where approved by you;

Under the CCPA, if THS sells personal information, users have the right to opt out of such sale. THS will provide a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link on its Platform and will honor all opt-out requests. Right Not to Provide Consent or to Withdraw Consent: We may seek to rely on your consent to process certain personal information. Where we do so, you have the right not to provide your consent, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. 10Children’s Privacy

Our Platform is intended for use by adults, including parents, legal guardians, and team managers who are 18 years of age or older. THS does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Because our Platform facilitates hotel bookings for youth sporting events, a parent or guardian may incidentally provide limited information about a minor, such as a child’s name listed as a room occupant, during the booking process. Any such information is provided directly by the parent or guardian, and THS treats this incidental collection as having been submitted with the knowledge and consent of the parent or guardian.

THS does not use any information it incidentally receives about minors for marketing, profiling, behavioral advertising, or any purpose other than completing and managing the hotel booking for which the information was provided.

If THS obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete such information from our records. If you believe we may have collected information from or about a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us immediately at info@thsweb.com.

Parents and guardians may request to review, correct, or delete any personal information that THS may hold about their child by contacting us at info@thsweb.com. We will respond to such requests promptly.

THS complies with COPPA and applicable state privacy laws, including California’s privacy protections for minors. We encourage all users under 18 years of age to use our Platform only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

11Third-Party Websites and Services

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including those of our hotel partners, event organizers, and other service providers. These third parties maintain their own privacy policies, and THS is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any hotel partner or third-party website you visit through our Platform before providing any personal information. THS makes no representations or warranties regarding the privacy practices of these third parties.

12Changes to this Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Platform home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by e-mail to the e-mail address specified in your account or through a notice on the Platform home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
