How does it work? Submit your reservations through our web-site: www.thsweb.com, and within seconds you will receive a contract for the trip via e-mail. You can accept the contract online, complete the rooming list online, or forward the link to another contact for your group to complete. Do I still get commission? We will pay you a 5% commission on the commissionable portion* of the rate FOR 4 OR MORE ROOMS. All we need from you is your IATA #. How do I make reservations? First pick an event category from our main page. On the following page, choose an event from the dropdown list. Then click on the type of reservation you desire from the list on the left of the screen. Pick your first 3 or 4 choices from the hotel list, and then complete the online hotel reservation form with your information. Once you submit the reservation, you will immediately receive back the following: For a TEAM RESERVATION (4-100 rooms/night), an e-mail with a link which will allow you to complete everything online. For reservations of more than 100 rooms, please call THS at (888)-536-TEAM. *Often there is a rebate in the rate that goes back to the local CVB to pay for the venue costs. This portion, generally between $5-$15, is deducted out of the rate before the commission is calculated. This program is offered and instituted by THS as a benefit to Travel Agents. This information does not constitute a contract, and THS reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time (though such changes or cancellations would have no affect on any existing reservations). While this program is offered to all Travel Agents on a non-discriminatory basis, THS does reserve the right to exclude any particular Travel Agent from participating in the program for future bookings.
