The following describes the privacy policy (as amended or otherwise changed from time to time, the "Privacy Policy") applicable to the services available through The THS Company ("THS") web site (the "Web Site") from THS. In connection with your use of the Web Site, you may be requested to provide certain personal information to THS, including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card type, number, expiration date, user passwords and other personally-identifying information ("Personal Information"). Except in connection with satisfying and fulfilling the services provided by THS, the Company promises, and agrees never to disclose, sell, lease, trade, market, exchange or distribute to any third party any Personal Information disclosed by you to THS, or collected by THS in connection with your use of this Web Site without your prior consent. Any amendments, modifications or other material changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to you via email or will be posted on this Web Site at least ten (10) days in advance of its implementation, and any information collected prior to the implementation of such changes will be secured in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
