- You can fill up your block with amateur sports teams, normally an individual reservation process, by signing a group contract with us. We can sign contracts up to 3 years out with you.
- You will receive signed contracts and rooming lists with individual names and credit card numbers for each team 30 days before arrival - if anything is missing, just call us!
- We direct the teams to make all changes in writing on a form we provide them - if anyone calls your hotel direct to make changes, they should be referred to THS.
- If you have any last minute cancellations, we often can fill those extra rooms with more teams.
- If any of the teams we book in a hotel cancel at the last minute, we can generally refill those rooms.
- THS does not allow teams to book multiple locations to cover themselves for whichever field location they are assigned - when teams book themselves and do this, hotels can experience many last minute cancellations.
- Some tournaments reject a substantial number of teams - THS knows which are rejected and accepted before they do, and can always replace teams into the best location hotels.
- THS is your buffer to enforce your policies for cancellations, length of stay, etc.
- THS can help you control how the teams act while in your hotel - we can share examples of "code of conduct" policies with you that other hotels use for this.
- Since most non-profit sporting events are fundraisers and need rebates, THS handles the billing out, collection and paying the rebates to the event for you. We'll simply add the rebate on top of the commissionable rate once that's negotiated.
